Large group chats created the opposite headache: electricians and HVAC technicians were exposed to dozens of notifications about tile samples, cabinet hardware, or irrigation trenches that had nothing to do with their scope.

Organizing calls and messages by job

Walkie Pro gave the contractors a structured way to keep communication organized by project without administrative friction:

2. Recorded shared calls: In-app calls between participants generated time-stamped recordings, transcripts, and concise summaries. Details discussed verbally were preserved in the project record.
3. Equal visibility: Each participant had identical access to the recordings and summaries. There was no asymmetrical monitoring.

Qualitative field outcomes

The practical benefit was not simply storing more communication; it was making the right information retrievable when it mattered:

• When an approval or rough-in detail was questioned, participants located the job conversation and reviewed the exact call summary.
• The record established who participated, what technical detail was agreed upon, why the decision was made, and when it occurred.
• Discussions were kept directly between relevant trades rather than broadcasting noise across the entire project team.
