Keep design decisions connected to the people executing them.
Walkie Pro is a construction communication app. You protect design intent across several teams, and most of it is settled out loud on site.

Where it breaks down today
Changes agreed out loud on site, then remembered differently later.
Approvals and spec photos scattered across texts, emails and notes.
Chasing several builders to confirm whether a selection was ordered.
The site walk becomes a record.
Review the corner with the installer, then confirm the correction on a call. The job keeps the summary: a mitered edge, not a butt joint.

Photos and specs stay with the job.
Filtered to one job, not scattered through a camera roll.

The open questions, on one list.
"Confirm the fixture with the GC" becomes a line with a date. It links back to the message it came from, and only you see it.

Ask, instead of scrolling.
Ask which bath tile was picked, and get the selection with the original call cited.

“Design decisions happen out loud, on site, with a sample in my hand. Walkie keeps them — so nobody has to remember what we agreed.”

Can I work with the GC and the fabricator without them seeing each other?
Yes. Each is a separate conversation, carrying the jobs you share with that person. What you send the fabricator does not reach the GC.
Do the trades see my notes to the GC?
No. Only the people in a conversation see what is in it. Your follow-ups are yours alone.
Where do selections and approvals end up?
In the job. Photos and spec sheets stay in that job's feed. A decision made on a call is in the summary.
What if the GC relays my decision to the carpenter and it changes on the way?
Talk to the carpenter yourself. Connect the same job to your conversation with them, and you both get a feed for it. No relay in the middle.
Start with one job.
One active job, one person. If they can make a phone call, they can use it.
