Stop carrying every project and every follow-up in your head.

Walkie Pro is a construction communication app. Every call and message is filed under the job it's about.

A general contractor stands at his truck looking up at a framed house. His conversation with Luis Herrera is filed by job: the 26418 Oak Ridge Dr tab shows the panel moving to the north wall and a follow-up to order the 200A breaker, due Friday.

Where it breaks down today

Three or more active jobs, spread across fifty mixed text threads.

Decisions made on a call, gone by the time you reach the next site.

Evenings spent chasing answers and reconstructing what was promised.

One conversation per person. One feed per job.

The jobs you share with someone sit in tabs inside one conversation. No separate group text for each one.

A contractor drives past houses under construction. His conversation with Luis Herrera has an Activity tab and a 26418 Oak Ridge Dr job tab, which is selected.

The call files itself.

Hang up, and the summary and transcript land in the job you were discussing.

A general contractor and a designer review plans at a worktable. The summary of Danny's August 20 call is filed under 26418 Oak Ridge Dr: the extra lights are approved.

Your loose ends, on one list.

Turn a loose end into a follow-up with a date. The list is yours, and nobody else sees it.

A contractor checks door hardware beside a private follow-up with Luis Herrera: confirm the hardware finish for 26418 Oak Ridge Dr tomorrow, linked to its source call.

Find the decision, not the thread.

Ask where the panel goes, and get the decision with the original call cited.

A plan table beside an Ask Walkie question and answer placing the panel at 26418 Oak Ridge Dr on the north wall, with Luis’s August 21 call as its source.

“I run several jobs at once, and what used to get me was the evening — trying to remember what I told the electrician at ten and what the tile guy promised at two. Now the call is the note. I hang up, the summary is in the job, and when someone asks 'when did we decide that?' I ask Walkie instead of scrolling.”

Can my office coordinator follow a job without being on every call?

Yes. Add them to the conversation that carries that job. They see its messages and call summaries as they land. Or forward the one summary that matters.

Do my subs have to pay?

No. Joining, messaging and taking calls are free for them.

What if a sub won't install anything?

Call them from Walkie anyway. The call is recorded and saved to the job. Text them the summary afterwards.

Does everyone see everything?

No. Each conversation is its own room. Your electrician sees the jobs you share there, and your conversation with the plumber stays separate.

Can I get the whole crew on one job?

Yes. Start a group conversation with the people on that job, and connect the job to it. Everyone there sees that job's feed, its photos and its call summaries.

How do I tell everyone a gate code or a closure?

Post it once to the job's bulletin instead of texting eleven people. Everyone on that job sees it on their board.

Start with one job.

One active job, one person. If they can make a phone call, they can use it.
