Use Walkie Pro in a browser
Go to app.walkiepro.com on a computer or phone and sign in with Apple or Google. Calls ring on your phone, and closing the tab loses unfinished uploads.

Go to app.walkiepro.com in a browser, on a computer or a phone, and sign in with the same Apple or Google button you use in the app; your conversations and jobs are the same account. Calls ring on your phone, not in a closed browser, and you should keep the tab open until an upload finishes, because reloading or closing it loses anything still uploading.
Steps
- Go to app.walkiepro.com.
- Tap or click Continue with Apple or Continue with Google, using the same one as on your phone. Apple or Google opens in the same tab and brings you back.
- If this is the first time you’ve signed in in this browser, Walkie shows Confirm it’s you and texts a code to the number on your account. Enter it.
- You land on Projects.
If it didn’t work
- It’s asking for your name and number like a new account. You used a different sign-in button than on your phone, which makes a second, empty account. See Sign in and set up your account.
- A photo or file you sent is stuck or failed. If the tab was reloaded or closed before it finished, the upload was lost. Open the conversation and send it again, then leave the tab open until it’s done.
- You aren’t getting message notifications in the browser. Your browser has to allow notifications for app.walkiepro.com, and the browser has to be running. Check You › Notifications.
- Your phone contacts aren’t there. A browser can’t read your phone’s address book. People you already share a conversation with still show up. To invite someone new, use You › My Contacts › Share invite link. That link doesn’t connect them to you, so start a conversation with them once they’ve joined.
What Walkie can’t do
- A browser doesn’t ring for Walkie calls the way your phone does. Nothing rings when the tab is closed or the computer is asleep.
- An upload that hasn’t finished doesn’t survive a reload or a closed tab.
- The browser can’t browse your camera roll. Pick a file instead, or drag it onto the conversation.
- You can’t share into Walkie from another app on the computer.
- It can’t read your phone’s address book.
- Paid plans are sold to customers in the United States. You upgrade in Plan & usage, and pay on Stripe's checkout page in your browser. Plans are under You › Plan & usage, the same as on your phone.

Quick answers
- Is there a desktop version of Walkie Pro?
- Yes, in a browser at app.walkiepro.com. It uses the same account as the phone app, so your conversations and jobs are there too.
- Will my computer ring when someone calls me on Walkie?
- Not like a phone does. Nothing rings when the tab is closed or the computer is asleep, so keep your phone for calls.
- I closed the tab and my photo never sent. Why?
- In a browser, an upload that hasn't finished is lost if you reload or close the tab. Send it again and keep the tab open until it's done.

- Yes. Drag a file from your computer onto an open conversation, and it goes on the tab you have open.
- Do I need a different account for the web?
- No. Sign in with the same Apple or Google button you use on your phone.
- Can I buy a plan in the browser?
- Paid plans are sold to customers in the United States. You upgrade in Plan & usage, and pay on Stripe's checkout page in your browser.
