What only Walkie support can do
Support merges jobs, changes sign-in emails, settles phone-number disputes, sends data copies, reissues Bulletin links, and handles STOP and refunds.

A few things can only be done by a person at Walkie: merging duplicate jobs, changing the email you sign in with, settling a phone number that’s on someone else’s account, sending you a copy of your data, making a brand-new Bulletin link, turning recap texts back on after someone replied STOP, answering deletion questions, and refunds. Email support@walkiepro.com or call +1 (323) 504-7400, and send exactly what’s listed for your request below. An AI assistant answers the support phone right away, day or night. Someone from the team can take the call on weekdays, and every call is recorded.
If it didn’t work
- You haven’t heard back. We reply within one business day. If it’s been longer, email again and include what you sent the first time.
- You’re not sure it needs support. Several things are yours to do in the app:
- Change your phone number: You › your profile › Edit profile › Phone › Change, then enter the texted code.
- Delete your account: You › Account & privacy › Request account deletion, then type DELETE. Stop it within 30 days with Cancel account deletion. Signing back in alone doesn’t cancel it.
- Archive a job you don’t want to see: Archive job in the job’s settings.
- You wrote in through the website form. Quote the Reference number from the confirmation email, because a reply to it starts a new conversation with us.
What Walkie can’t do
- The app has no button to merge jobs, change your sign-in email, or download a copy of your data.
- Renaming a job doesn’t need support. The job’s owner and managers can rename it or change its address: open the job’s page, tap Project settings, then Name or Address. Everyone else sees “Only the owner or a manager can change this.”
- A person who texted STOP to Walkie can’t be turned back on from the app, and texting START doesn’t turn them back on either.
- Support can’t undo a job merge, and can’t bring back an item you discarded from Sending problems.
- Support generally can’t delete conversation content, recordings, transcripts or summaries, because they are also the records of everyone else in the conversation. Call audio is kept for three years and then deleted. Transcripts and summaries are kept like messages, indefinitely. Nobody — including us — can edit or delete a transcript or summary once it exists. The privacy policy explains what’s kept.
When to contact us
Email support@walkiepro.com or call +1 (323) 504-7400. For each request, send:
- Merging two jobs. The conversation name, the exact name of each job, and which one to keep. A merge applies everywhere the job appears and can’t be undone.
- Changing the email you sign in with. Write from the email you sign in with now. Include your name, your phone number, and the new email.
- A phone number that’s on another Walkie account. When Walkie says “This number is on another Walkie account. If it’s yours, contact us.”, tap Contact us. Send the number, your name, the email you sign in with, and whether you can still get texts at that number.
- A copy of your data. Use the subject “Privacy Request”. We confirm it’s you using details already on your account. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days.
- A brand-new Bulletin link or QR code. When the job’s link or QR got out, or the poster screen says to contact support, send the job name, the conversation name, and the code shown under If support asks for a code if there is one.
- Turning recap texts back on after someone replied STOP. When a recap shows “turned off texts from Walkie”, send that person’s phone number and the conversation name.
- Questions about deleting your account. Use the subject “Privacy Request” and send the email you sign in with. Deleting itself is in the app (see above).
- Refunds. Send the email you sign in with, the date and amount of the charge, and why.

Quick answers
- Who answers the support phone?
- An AI assistant answers the support phone right away, day or night. Someone from the team can take the call on weekdays, and every call is recorded. Everything in this article is still done by a person at Walkie.
- Can I merge two jobs myself?
- No. Only support can merge jobs, because a merge changes the job for everyone and can't be undone. Email the conversation name and both job names.
- How do I get a copy of my data?
- Email support@walkiepro.com with the subject Privacy Request. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days.
- Do I need support to change my phone number?
- No, unless the number is on another Walkie account. Change it yourself in Edit profile: next to Phone, tap Change and enter the code Walkie texts you.
- Someone replied STOP to a recap text. Can I turn their texts back on?
- Not from the app. Contact support with that phone number and the conversation name.
- Can I get a refund?
- Ask support. A person handles every refund request. Walkie doesn't refund part of a billing period, except where the law requires it.
- Do I need support to delete my account?
- No. Use Request account deletion in Account & privacy. Contact support only with questions about what's removed and what's kept.
